From start to finish this was an amazing experience. Everyone was extremely professional and helpful. I got an outstanding deal on work to my car and the finished product was breathtaking. I will refer all of my friends here and will 100% go back to medford auto center in the future. They work with many of the car rental companies in the area for a seamless transfer of cars. If they added my driver side door hedge for about $200-300, then I would give Medford auto a better rate. But they wanted more so unfortunately thats my rate for them.

John was incredibly calm and professional. They took care of everything, including helping get me a rental from the shop. They explained the process and timeline, and stuck to it. My car is as good as new, I can't even tell where the damage was.

It would have been nice to know that your agent does the estimate. I thought it was insurance fraud.
