I would not recommend your shop if a rental was needed because the experience at Enterprise was lengthy and they bill deceptively.

It was a pleasure from day one. A car accident is a terrible thing to have to deal with specially being from a different state. The owner helped with the towing company which was horrible to deal with. He was able to give me some great advice on how to approach the issue we were having and thanks to him we were able to get my car over to Medford Autobody ..when my car was finally at the body shop I was in touch with Angela that explained all the steps in getting my car fixed. With constant updates by text and some calls I knew exactly what was going on with the car. Angela is an asset to Medford Autobody and dealing with her has been wonderful . Thank you Angela and everyone at Medford Autobody for making it a great experience. I highly recommend this shop if you are in need of a shop that takes the time to explain and understand your situation.
