I am so glad my insurance company recommended Medford Auto for my repair. From my initial damage assessment to the finished product, I have been impressed every step of the way. My car looks and performs perfectly now and they even cleaned my car for me! They are the best in my opinion.

I had an amazing experience at Medford auto center! My car was quickly evaluated, fixed perfectly and right on schedule. I had only to pay my insurance deductible with no hassle. At the time of my repair my vehicle was in need of a good cleaning…when I picked it up, it was spotless. If I could give a higher score than 10, I gladly would do so!

I am glad that you took the extra step to bolt my rear spoiler to my hood lid, beyond what the manufacturer specified. Now, it sits tightly and securely. If my car has problems requiring bodywork in the future (and I hope not) I will be back.

I wouldn't have body work done anywhere else. I have unreasonably high standards for my car, and the technicians have met them every time. Oscar is great, and even touched up a small detail weeks after the original service.
