I wanted to follow up on the use of Medford Auto. I am incredibly disappointed in the service I received. Not only did they have to fix paint on the tire cover that wasn’t checked but as I pulled away I noticed my tire light on. We had already stayed long enough to get the tire cover re painted and the woman kept saying they were just too busy today and sorry they missed it. So I called my husband one road over and asked if I should go back. He told me no, saying the car just might need a reset. Not even two miles down the road the tire was entirely flat. I called them right away and the woman told me she couldn’t do anything. When my husband final changed the tire it was so clear there had been a nail or something in the tire that was clearly taken out. Should I have turned around when I saw the light, 100% I know that was my fault. That location has no parking. When we checked the car to make sure it was completely repaired we are on a busy road and my husband was illegally parked. Just not the best experience I have had and wanted to share my frustrations with their repair process. Attached are the photos. (This is what I sent to the insurance company as a follow up).
