I toke my car back with a lot of scratches, with poor job quality and very bad behavior from the people. What did I do to you? I bring my car to you to fix it, not to make scratches and yell at me. I am not going to call the police over scratches like you asked me to. This is the way for you to deal with your poor service and job quality? Anyway, this was a very expensive lesson for me.

Repair was great. Somewhat surprised my roof rack was removed and found it in the back seat. I cant imagine why it had to be removed and surprised it wasnt put back. Not a big deal. It only took me about 5 minutes to reinstall.....I have already reccomended your shop to my sister
