All the employees I came in contact with were all very polite and pleasant. Each of them seemed to be familiar with my car and what stage of repair it was undergoing.When I dropped my car off I had to call for an Uber ride back home. I didn’t know the owner was watching from inside the shop and when my Uber arrived he stepped out and waved. I’m sure he was just making sure my ride arrived and I was safely inside.

Too early to tell yet, but looks good. Vehicle was not even 4 months old when man slammed into my back end on driver's side - the impact to back driver's side was very hard. I pray the repairs made are good and will last. Due to the car being in an accident, it now has a diminished value regardless of the repairs.

I had a great experience with Mega Paint & Body. There was communication between the shop manager Benito and myself at least two or three times a week. I was always made aware of what was happening with my vehicle and the approximate date it would be ready. Very responsible and awesome work!
