Everyone at West Side Mells is an outstanding group of people. Sales members kept me well informed on the progress of the repairs. The auto body members had quite the time receiving the right parts & made sure they got the right ones. The suppliers sending the wrong bumper 3 times was unsatisfactory on their part. I was very happy!
