While they did a little extra, they completely missed a very noticable scratch.

Discussibg my repair etc. Was not handled professionally at all. Standing in the middle of a room with two desks, wasn't offered a seat, no privacy. The office area was filthy. It looked as though the place was run by high school boys who still need their mommy to clean up after them. There was no professionalism at all in the discussion about my car, the repars that would be done, how insurance would be handled, etc. I wrote my information on a blank piece of scrap paper. Had no explanation of any forms i was asked to sign. Nothing. Good quality work, poor customer service and poor office management.

I had to call and see if my estimate was completed and when I could expect my car back. I feel the shop should have called me. When I called , 3 days after drop off, my car was already in repairs.
