Good job of replacing under-carriage damage, repairing damage to trunk lid and apparently also washing the beast. Your work was excellent. my only complaint is that you blindly followed the erroneous leadof my insurer and kept/keep sending communications to my husband, Philip Coons, instead of me, Elizabeth Bowman, the actual driver of this vehicle.

Estimate wrote wrong, “fixed” the wrong side of my car. Claim stated right side. Estimate wrote up by collision center said left. Now i have to go through a huge process to get my car fixed properly

The repairs to the fender, bumper, attached electrical items, and paint was perfect. I had the rubber seal around the door replaced on passenger side. The only issue was the edges of the roofing near the door was not glued back. the edges are noticeable. I will apply glue to hide the exposed edges on the passenger side.
