Overall JR was really helpful but as a whole I’m not satisfied and probably would not recommend Andy Mohr collision to anyone. The rear door is still not aligned well. They scratched up my car left the inside fabric dirty. And I had issues with my sensors that should of been looked at before they called to say my car was ready. They don’t take care of your car at all dirt marks every where. When you take your care to a repair shop you don’t expect additional damages to your car that’s why I’m highly disappointed in this repair shop.

The car repair looks great! Service dept agent was friendly and easy to work with.

The service dept agent did a great job. However the woman at the front desk seemed confused both times I came. Said I had an appointment on the next day and the service dept agent asked me to come to his desk and helped me. When I came to pickup the car she acted confused when I said I came to pickup my car and again a different service agent helped me.
