I would probably try another collision repair but this was my first experience with a repair from here. My husband may have had previous experiences that would cause him to give it another try but I would e expect much different results.

My biggest complaint was the lack of communication between the shop and us with the progress of the repair. My husband was told the vehicle would be ready by a certain date and it didn't end up being ready for two more weeks. I believe the repair took nearly 2 months, although we ended up with a rental for two to three weeks, which is still a long time for a family of 4 to be down to one vehicle. I think if the communication had been better, the overall experience would have been better also.

Took longer than expected, but in talking with staff, it appears it was app supply chain issues. Was told my oil was leaking but didn’t notice it before and haven’t noticed it since.

Paint was screwed up put the antenna. Dash lights showing problems that should have been fixed. You had it for a month and still not right.

Had it for a month the paint around the antenna is pealing up we’re you painted it. Dash light are on from the impact should have had it fixed. Very unhappy with your work.

Slow in responding. I was told it would be ready in three to four days and they would call and give me an update . However by the following week I had to call them. I would have liked to receive call when the vehicle wasn’t ready in the amount of time given
