The people were awesome when I came in. I was having my bumper repaired because someone rear ended me. The work was done to perfection. When I picked my car up Shane told me that my window would not roll up. My windows were fine when I brought my car in I have never had any problems with them at all. I’m not even sure why they were rolling my windows down at all when they were fixing my bumper. I have called to speak to Shane 2x but he hasn’t returned any of my messages. Even though I am pleased with the repairs I’m not pleased about my windows that I will have to have fixed and since I have been laid off because COVID19 I don’t have the money to fix something that I did not cause

Couldn't have been easier. Left my car, rental car drove to pick me up. They called, and I picked up my car, in mint condition. They dealt with my insurance and I didn't have to do anything. ?
