The fender and light replacement was fine but the request I made for the clinking sound to be checked when I took the car in was not forwarded to the repair person. I spoke with the repair person and he had no knowledge of the request so there was absolutely nothing done concerning the issue. I was given some lame excuse. I learned that communication with the insurance was not properly done. Supplement was requested for fender liner that was missing on the one you received but per the insurance adjuster no photo was sent to them of the damaged fender. Overall process took a month for a fender bender to be repaired and there was no communication on status update until the 4th week. I always had to call for status.

Definitely appreciate the crew quick response and swift work. My car color is a prefect match. I can't thank them enough for the honesty with the price of my repairs. When I didn't need a part I was charged for they deducted that price from my final price. Of anyone I know needs auto collision care I will send them here!

There were small damages on the post between the drivers window &the front windshield that weren't repaired just polished and the drivers side mirror doesn't have the blind spot warning.
