I was kept up to date and my car was ready so quickly, even when it was discovered that more work was needed. They worked very well with the rental car company. Everyone was very courteous and professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

Was not made aware of deductible before drop off. I would not have taken it in had insurance wanted me to pay it. Not on you more the insurance but i wish i was aware.

I’m so glad I went with MiCar when my vehicle was involved in a hit and run. The thing that I valued the most was their integrity. There were a few other issues with the car than anticipated, but they let me know why there were longer than normal wait times because of it. Waiting for the right parts for my specific vehicle and not trying to just get it back together by taking shortcuts really stood out to me. I’d trust them with my vehicles any day. Thank you MiCar!!!
