Jen is AMAZING! she is very knowledgeable and so friendly! I felt very comfortable leaving my truck with them! They all went above and beyond! From getting me a ride to the rental car shop, to washing my truck after the repairs and even filling my tires with air! They treated my asset like theirs! ❤️

Light on dash was never diagnosed, and front bumper repair quote was never given or fixed. But the repairs that were done were done well. But never fixed the light on dash which came on after accident and I specifically told the employee to check that out and he also promised a quote on fixing the front bumper that I did not receive.

MID-COUNTY COLLISION, communicated with me every step of the way from the time the car was towed to their location, the told me what the estimate was and when it would be ready. They called with time to pick it up. They also took care of my loaner car, making sure that it was there for me and I was able to drop the loaner car off to them for the return. It made it very convenient and easy.
