I was told the repair for my car would take 7 - 10 days and ended up taking a month and a half. Worst! I was told to go back for them to fix the bottom covers that were hanging and the other side not even attached. After charging almost 16k to the insurance when they quoted me about 3k they didn’t even had the courtesy to rotate my tires. I went to Audi and I was told they only do things Mid Island tell them to do. So they did the alignment but again never bother to rotate the tires. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

Very professional shop, also polite and very helpful. Front office (Julie) vey helpful, arranged rental vehicle very quick. Waiting area is very nice and comfortable. I wise they would have done the 2 doors (although it wasn’t part of the accident). Thank u
