The repair was perfect. What made it a good experience was the help of Laura Haslam. We had a little problem with Mercedes Benz and she kept me informed the whole way through the process. I thought she was great.

Took 2 months which is understandable.... but they missed some screws while putting front and rear bumper... later on they lied about it that we never took off your bumper.. it's not us we cant fix it..... and Jasmine the claim handler she trusted her forman not my words.... well thank God i had pictures showing that they took off the bumper... and forman was super rude and made it sound like i was lying. I told Jasmine look at the picture you sent me she didn't believe me and i had re send her the pictures and afterwards they fix it.
