My car was parked and was a total loss. Having a superior experience with Mid Island even though now a distant from where I lived previously I was willing to pay the extra cost of having my car towed to them. I called Brian and sure enough he had me very comfortable and relaxed in my panicked state. He frightened me a bit when after describing the state he said - "sound like a total loss. " I was petrified! He was however correct after Geico checked the car. I trust Brian and his team and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Brian, thank you Mid Island and I am so happy that there is now a second shop in Carle Place 😀.
