I hit a deer and the work to repair cost too Compared to the value of my van so there was no repairs

I went to get everything from the vehicle and to verbally give permission to allow the salvage yard to pick it up and a week later they were telling the salvage yard I did not get my items or my permission to turn the vehicle over to them. It basically sat at the shop for almost two weeks before it was released.

Aubrey is completely amazing! My family all live out of state, and I don’t have any friends here in Michigan. So trying to get a ride/transportation to a rental car etc. is very challenging, but when enterprise failed to pick me up Aubrey was very helpful and offered to take me to enterprise to pick up my rental car.. She really went above and beyond.
