I have bought more than one car here but this time around me my salesman was great and so was the woman in finance. It was a manager calling me with a crappy tone telling me I had an insurance check in my possession that I owed Middletown Toyota. I told him I didn't have it and the way he spoke to me may me feel like he didn't believe me and that I was trying to rip them off. They finally found the check which had been with them the whole time. Didn't like his tone, it was a real turnoff. At this point I don't think I would recommend anyone to buy a car there
