Careless when looking over final work

Did not get alignment done as part of repair when picking up vehicle, also have a two white marks on drivers side mirror that was not there prior to dropping off and there is a piece on front bumper that either didn't get replaced from accident or tech gouged when installing which is not flush with bumper. Wheel wells were not clamped tightly. I took to a dealership in hopes to get work done right and it did not. I had front end work done on Vehicle and my very back seat was down as if someone had to do something in the back.

I got a bill of 1060$ with 500$ deductible. I emailed the service why the extra 194$ was charged, did not got the response yet. I approved for 153$ the tires at passenger side, but the service changes both the tire. The driver side was never approved and chased me the full amount

Great customer service! Kept me informed. Gave me a ride to Enterprise. Helped with my rental when I picked up my van. Was surprised to find the inside of car cleaned, the Weather tech mats washed. I expected the outside to be washed because the repair was outside. It looked awesome. Great job!
