Midland I think to Jennifer Miller she was excellent on every step and even when my wipers didn't work on Saturday she was on it and then mechanic was fast I really appreciate it the only thing I was missing was a free purple Ford sweatshirt!!

I have always had amazing service with Midland Ford, the body shop manager Kyle was more than helpful! Made sure I understood the repairs and how the insurance process works (my first claim). I can’t begin to thank the body shop personnel for their professionalism, customer service, and the T-Shirt was a perfect touch at the end! I will definitely wear this and recommend Midland Ford to family and friends. (I seriously think the manager needs a raise or something, never have I ever been treated with such kindness!) Thanks Midland Ford for yet another amazing experience!
