Other than some things do to the window boys & not having components put back like found? And the body boys trying to make up for them?!? We are very impressed on how beautiful our little '07 turned out!!! Thank you for making her look like she just rolled off the assembly line. Good job!!! I would recommend ya'll for a top notch job!!! And they back their name in it! Top notch or it won't roll out! Thank you again for putting us to ease in a time of need. And the rental car was really nice. But WE missed Copper!

Was told that replacing the tailgate (needed to be painted too) would be 2 days. Actually took 4+ working days, 6+ including weekend. Luckily we did not need the truck during this time.

Midland Ford always done an excellent job with our repairs. The girls in the office are always so professional and personable. My only complaint is the lack of communication. I was told that the guys in the shop should have called me to let me know my vehicle was going to take an extra day, but they never did. Because of the holiday weekend I was without a vehicle for even longer.
