Had this been my only experience, I would not recommend Midland Ford. I have had work done previously where the service was great which is why I gave it a higher score than this experience deserves.

Five weeks from the time I brought it in to the time I was told the parts came in. I had to call to find out the parts were in. Made 9:00 AM Tuesday appointment for the work to be done but it wasn't until Wednesday that my windshield was started. I understand parts may be more difficult to get, but the lack of communication was frustrating.

Job was not completed, window molding was not flush with the window glass, and compartment in the rear was left just as if the job was still being worked on. Very sloppy, no review before turning over to customer.

It took 10 days instead of 3 days as stated the day we dropped car off. Unexpected things happen but no one called with updates. We had to call them several times. We’re concerned because we were leaving the state for a vacation.
