I took my vehicle to this place for hail damage, they said they’d have it done in 4-5 working days. I didn’t get my vehicle back for 5 and a half WEEKS! They called me a couple times to come pick it up and there was paint chipped out of my hood where the PDR it and still hail damage in a few areas. The office guy Jason said it’s hard to se on a black vehicle. They told me on two different phone calls they would be replacing the hood, not PDR. I left my vehicle there and they said they’d fix it. Finally they called me it was done, I went to pick it up and there was still hail damage on the passenger side AND an area that had scratched paint that looked like from fresh paint marks. I went into their office because I just wanted my car back and was frustrated because their work sucked. I told Jason about these problems that were still there and he said “oh really? The guys just painted it” and I said well it’s still there and he said “well I don’t know what they painted then.” I paid and left. Will never go back to them. Also they put 67 miles on my car.

Very Satisfied with the hail repair. But really don't like how the headliner was slapped back together and our map lights, visor mirror lights and compass are not working. We returned the vehicle on 10-15-25 for back ordered parts and repair of the above mentioned issues.

Told me 3 times when car would be done. None correct! Guess impossible to know when parts will arrive. Car looks good - drives great. And the detail job was a nice surprise!
