Top notch service and repair work. Marla went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and if I needed anything at all. She went out of her way to come to the rental company and see if I needed a ride to get my jeep after she was off work for the day. She is a gem!

After being treated so wonderfully from Marla at the front desk who helped with the insurance end of things and also the rental car that I had to have while my vehicles were being worked on, to the manager coming right out as quickly as I showed up with my car and got right to getting me a detailed estimate on the car in a short amount of time. Then said yes he thought they could get the vehicle taken care of quickly and make it look brand new. He also took the time just to have a conversation with me because this was a very hard thing for me to come and do. The vehicle I brought in to be fixed was my mother’s vehicle. She had passed away 3 years ago and I was given her car, so I felt it was my responsibility to take the car back where she had always taken her car to be serviced. Everyone was very kind and treated me with respect even though it was very hard for me to come in because of the situation. It definitely made things much easier knowing that they truly had my best interest at heart. I would refer this team in the Collision Repair Center to anyone that needs a vehicle repaired. It was a great experience with committed people who treat each person with the utmost respect and personal service I haven’t experienced anywhere else!!

Repair work was great, a courtesy car would have been nice you had truck 3-4 days. They didn't clean engine bay rat urine/smell still present. Coral had wrong person on my work order asked for a update with correct name have not received it yet. F0is650687. Let me know if you can help me with these concerns.
