The conversation with the estimate appraisal was great. I felt very positive in our conversation about the car being fixed correctly. Once the car was in the shops possession EVERYTHING went down hill. The paint on the car was not blended. The workers at the shop said it was due to insurance not paying for blending. That was a lie. Insurance paid for everything the shop put on the estimate. I also spoke with the insurance adjuster and he said blending paint is an absolute given when fixing a vehicle. When the shop replaced the plastic bumper, there was more damage done to the rear sensors on the car. The shop did not touch the hatch back that the shop estimator said they would have insurance replace in the original estimate. Craig and Marla are not professionals at estimates and/or body work. I can go on about things but I won't. The bottom line is my car is coming out of the shop looking worse than it did going in. Plus the lies from the staff to my face, as well as calling the insurance company and talking trash on me is so unprofessional. I absolutely would not recommend midwest. I will never return!

The only thing I was not happy about is that I only came in for an estimate and it was turned in without my permission. Other than that it was fine

The work was good. I have no complaints about that only that I came in just for an estimate and not to have you turned it in and you did which made it so I had to go to you probably won’t get an estimate from you again.
