When the door unlatches it sounds like it is preloaded. Different than the old door. It works fine. Its probabaly ok. Im sure its hard to get a damaged vehicle back 100 percent.

Shop did great work on popping out the dent and covering scratches. Would have liked to have been given an estimated timeline after approval from the insurance company. Shop cleaned inside of vehicle, which was appreciated, but left the gas tank essentially empty.
