She kept me updated every step of the way, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was always informed about the progress of my vehicle. She was very professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole experience. Even when it came time to pick up my vehicle, Carolina went above and beyond to help me with the small details and make sure everything was taken care of before I left. You guys are super in every way; the car looks great and has the same great mileage as before (52.4 mpg). However, there's a noisy "whizz" in the front or rear tire on the passenger side. There are no tire pressure issues; maybe it's nothing, but I didn't notice it until after picking the car up.
