Front desk person very friendly , answered questions I had about repairs, time needed, insurance. Only reason it’s a 9 is because I had to ask if restrictions on car wash following body work. She said wait 30 days. That was awesome . I got the info. Just wish she would have offered it and I didn’t have to ask. It would be great if your co shared this with us getting repairs. I got the info and happy to know!

Car interior smelled like paint fumes, overspray on the hood, orange peal on the fender seam and the back bumper was textured, not smooth.

Repairs were done as expected. They also waxed and buffed the entire truck looks really good. They also vacuum and clean the inside of the truck.
