The repair group communicate well, and was open about timing. They shared the repair parts list and ensured that all the electronics were working properly. The car was cleaned and shined went we picked it up.

Had an appointment for Thursday April 6th. Dropped car off at 4pm April 5. Called a few times to check on progress never received return call. Went into service on Tuesday April 11th and was told they had not even looked at the car. Service was terrible. This was a $1500.00 exhaust job. They finally looked at it Wednesday and I was able to pick it up Friday April 14th. Do not understand how it took 10 days. Was never kept in the loop on what was going on. Collision guy who did actual repairs was good.

I can not express how pleased I was with my repairs completed at the service center. From your front desk lady, that said she was relatively new, good choice when hiring her, to the Manager that took the time with estimate to explain everything. This was efficiently completed and repairs were done exactly when quoted. As far as the repair itself I cannot even see where the damage was. Looks like new! Scale of 1 to 10, I’d say 20!!
