The body shop did an amazing job. Especially considering a few parts could not be replaced and had to be repaired. Repairing of such parts has probably not been common for at least 10 years.

This is the Ford owner, Mrs. Emanuel. Not only was the repair work done very well but my car was clean on the inside as well as the outside and vacuumed thoroughly. It was almost like the first day all over again. I am so very pleased and impressed with Dorian Ford and staff.

Following a side swipe accident we found out that many local body shops could not make repairs in a timely fashion. We leased from Dorian, so elected to have car fixed there. We were told, due to parts issue and technician shortage it could take up to 3-4 weeks for repairs but were pleasantly surprised to get the car back in 10 days. Kudo's to Collision shop for doing such a great job.

Took a lot longer than anticipated for a repair than I anticipated. The wrong rims were ordered initially, which delayed the repair. A lot of miscommunication about pending insurance approval, I felt that I had to micromanage my repair. Thankfully Chris one of the managers helped with the process and updates. Overall I did not feel like I was a priority will not recommend or be a repeat customer
