The car turned out great. Looks brand new. The repairs did take 3 days longer than I was told. I do understand there are many supply chain issues. It's just extremely difficult to borrow a replacement with these circumstances. But your body shop does great work!

I'd say satisfied. I do like the update texts. However the texts did promise I would be notified if there was a delay. And I didn't receive any notification.

Brad at the body shop is amazing! His knowledge and helpfulness is a valuable asset to Dorian Ford as well as your customers. He arranged for my car rental ahead of time (I didn't end up needing it after all, but that was last minute change on my part), and he kept in contact with me throughout the process of ordering the parts and scheduling my repairs. The best part was the speed which my Explorer was repaired. Brad told me to plan on roughly a week, it was done in 2 days. Thank you Brad and the whole team that quickly got me my vehicle back!
