Poor attention to details. Abysmal finish clean-up job. Entire vehicle was dirty with paint shop dust inside and out. Someone took a full hand of dirty paint dust and made a full handprint mark on my seat which was difficult to remove. The dash and controls were dirty and finger printed with paint shop sticky dust. Exterior was covered in paint shop dust. All of this was very difficult to remove and some did not come off and is still there after my cleaning attempts. Poor trim replacement. Some trim doesn't even fit properly any more.

Dorian Ford couldn’t have handled my situation any better! They helped me more than my own insurance company! They got my car out of impound lot, not my insurance! And once they got my car, they had it fixed and working properly and beautiful again! And even completed it 2 days earlier than estimated! Thank you so much Dorian Ford!

Customer service was amazing. Everyone professional and courteous. Regarding repair my back tire gauges are going wacky since the repairs. Tire light comes on and gauge not reading. Etc. then it will come back on etc.

Don’t really want to rate the repair quality on the basis that I feel it was incomplete to my satisfaction and also upon receiving the vehicle I’ve had nothing but issues with the car running and now it’s not running. No the issues were there before accident.
