I can't express how wonderful Mike Dorian Ford is; they truly are amazing! I honestly can't recall ever having a negative experience. The Body Shop was exceptional. From the front desk to the service and pickup, everyone was fantastic. The work was completed quickly (even earlier than expected for pickup), which was a nice surprise! Thank you very much, Mike Dorian, for consistently looking after us so well!

2 scratches on front windshield that weren’t there before. Do I have to worry that they could eventually turn into a crack? Also, the desk girl had no problem with me not getting my car back when I couldn’t drive 2 vehicles at the same time. She even smiled. I’ll be 79 in June and even though I live close by I still couldn’t walk that far to get my car back. Ford always says they can provide rides back and forth when they do work on cars. For a $10,400 collision job I shouldn’t have had the frustration of getting my car back.
