I have severe neuropathy and balance issue. I had to make multiple visits to the site and the parking area and walkway into the building were full of ice on all but one visit. Payments and other paperwork meant I was left alone in the check in area. No restroom or other amenities visible or posted. Some improvements are desirable.

I did have to find someone to bring me back when my car was done my bumper looks like it did before my car was hit I thank Amanda, Brandon and your team.
