Communicationn was poor, i had to call/come in person to get status updates. Information was not consistent. Repair itself was fine, looks good and working well. However, all 4 tires were 8-9 psi low, had to go pay to have air in (low indicator light lit as driving home). Also, had to get needle nose ;pliers and "fish" seatbelt out from behind seat so i could install child carseat; had not been pulled through
