My F-150 was nicely repaired and everyone was helpful, especially Andrea & Kevin who kept us informed and even covered our rental car costs for the final few days after the insurance company rental coverage ended after 30 day, since the repairs took longer than expected to complete. We'll recommend Mike Doran Ford to anyone for a great full service dealer, who's collision shop is great!

We bought the vehicle from Dorian Ford and any major and minor servicing has been done there. The body shop work was nicely done, and aside from the minor communication gap and late deliver, I'd most certainly recommend Dorian Ford for all matters Ford. . From sale to service

Overall we were happy, although we did receive regular updates saying our vehicle was progressing toward being repaired and completed, and we'd be notified of any changes. Well, our vehicle was supposed to be ready on Dec 8th, but ultimately it wasn't ready until Dec 14h, but we didn't find out the delay until we called the shop on Dec 8th. We were told those "updates" we received via email and text were automated and really aren't reliable. If that's the case. . they should stop sending them.

I was told I could pick up my vehicle and then when got there was told we couldn’t. Mistakes happen. But I was out of town and my wife turned in rental so she needed car back. I’m doing so, they didn’t do full detail that was supposed to be done after leaving body shop and they didn’t apply points from ford pass which was over $400. Which the only reason I allowed for both tires to be replaced was because I had $400 in rewards. Otherwise I would have gone somewhere else for tires. Now dealer won’t fix it.

Nine because the shop does not offer loaners ..I was simply told to go to hertz. I am used to Moran who gives you a loaner without any issues. The communications issue .

Brought the car back because the work was not completed properly. Still the same road noise as before si the problem still hasn't been fixed. Hurrying to return the fleet car for the body shop manager the mechanic manager decided it would be a good idea to hold me hostage and try to charge me 50 plus dollars for a qtr tank of gas. The cashier said it was 26. Thats suspect. While being held hostage while trying to leave for work and was late. I may never return to this dealership ever again
