I get that they were in a transition, but it shouldn't have taken them over 60 days to finish a collision repair. And when they replaced my window because of their mistake, they didn't replace the tint, though I was okay with it since I was planning to get my windows re-tinted anyway. They did a great job with the repair, but it's too soon to give a full thumbs up.

Still damages that remain I repaired and quarter panel replaced is not as came out which did not need to be replaced. Back quarter panel window is not wired for defrosting like the opposite original glass panel. Please have someone call me at 863 397 6304. Gwendolyn Hagar

The actual work they did was fine, but someone ripped a large hole in the drivers side leather seat.

We were told it would take about a week to get it done, it took 3 weeks. That would not have been a problem if we had been told ahead of time. And now I have waited a week for a response on the hole in my leather seat
