Nobody calls to let me know what was going on. After 2 weeks I had to call only to find out they hadn’t heard from my insurance company. Mike Erdman didn’t bother to call them or me. I had to call my insurance company. The body shop had my car for a month and a half which is unacceptable for what little damage the car had. As a result of this I had to pay out of pocket for two weeks of my rental as my insurance only covered a month. I had to keep calling to find out what was going on with my car. I hope I don’t ever have go to a body shop, but if I do I won’t be using Mike Erdman.

Excellent work and very thorough. My vehicle looks perfect. I was concerned that the lines would be off (meaning part gaps) but it was spot on. Not one complaint or issue with the work that was done. A++ rating for this body shop!!

Everyone did an excellent job on fixing the car just going forward keep customers informed.I know that they are busy but so is the customers, some times you call its busy and when someone answers they put you on call promise to call back but never follow through.
