At this point we cannot recommend, since we are out several thousand dollars and our vehicle has yet to be repaired to the standards mandated by a certified Toyota repair facility.

We paid for an unsuccessful repair on our vehicle. Then when we had to bring it back to be completely redone they only credited 2/3 of the initial repair without any justification for keeping the 1/3. On 2nd attempt at repair they kept the vehicle for over 2 weeks and after we paid them several thousand dollars more, brought it home and found uninstalled parts left inside the vehicle and several problems with poor fitment on the repair. For the 3rd time now, we brought the vehicle back to Erdman, this time to correct the errors of the 2nd attempt.

We are dealing with the operations manager, Jay Piter, who while courteous, has so far required us to share the cost of their shop errors. The cost of their errors should be 100% on them, not the customer. We are still hoping he will refund the balance of the 1st repair attempt as well as compensate for all the additional round trips we have had to make to keep taking the vehicle back to them.

Not happy with the work. Didn't do bad on the side that needed to be fixed but messed up the other side that wasn't even supposed to be worked on. Paint overspray in areas. Will be bringing back on Monday!
