Front desk clerk didn't seem to know what she was doing. She not good at her job. I almost didn't want to come back. She seems to not know. The clerk though in the nw corner much better..

I would hesitate to recommend because after I picked up my car and drove it home it was making terrible noises. On inspection I discovered the bolts we're left off the grill, wheel/bumper liner and front spoilers. Now I have to make a return trip to have the rest of the work done.

The work appears to be good. The previous repair to another one of my vehicles was good and on time as promised. However the lack of information this time and the lack of customer service makes a recommendation doubtfull. I do not like being completely ignored.

After the initial contact when I dropped off my vehicle, no one called me to tell me my vehicle was delayed. We I called for the status of my vehicle, the person answering the phone said someone would call me back and they never did. They missed at least four deadlines when I did get a hold of someone. The vehicle was prmised in five days and I got it in 19 days. No one offered a substitue vehicle during the long delay. Finally I had to ask for some compensation for the two week delay in the completion of my vehicle and all I got was 10% off of the labor.
