Very unprofessional and not loyal at all. I have caught some of workers lying on occasions and over charging insurances. Worst place ever, I spent over 8-9 thousand dollars of repairs and bedtime Iâll go else where worst people are Jon and Brian

If this was the last body shop in America I would discourage anyone from using it. It has left me so unhappy I doubt I'll ever buy a toyota again. P.s. I own 4 right now

My husband and I made an appointment to drop off our car. When we arrived at our scheduled appointment time they had no loaner cars available. They finally cleaned out a car for us. Our car was dropped off on January 8th. We had not even heard from anyone at any point. We had to call to check on the status of our vehicle. We called multiple times and never got a direct answer until the 22nd where they informed us that a taillight was busted while they were fixing the original problem. We then called back on the 24th. They told us it would be done before closing that day. We never got a call back. We called for the final time on the 25th where they informed us our car was ready. They did not contact us at all. Every contact we had, we reached out for. THEN when we arrived to finally get our car back, the key for our vehicle was missing and no one in there knew where it was. We just purchased our vehicle in December and were without it for almost the entire month of January. Needless to say our experience was le

A 5 was generous. 3 times I called and was told the person I needed to talk to was not there at lunch etc. would call right back all 3 times I had to call back and that was to make the appointment to get the work done and it was almost 24 hours later. Not an Iâm sorry or anything from Becky. After the appointment was made I said could you tell me why I was not called back yesterday and the answer was I didnât get a message. Still no sorry or it should not have happened.

I am still waiting on call from Bill to complete job(a clip replacement ,not effecting driving).the body work was A-okay but administration and overall coordination was VERY lacking!
