I have a second vehicle that needs body work. I would never take it to you guys ever again.

Very poor work. Fenders not aligned properly, damaged other part of the paint on the vehicle left sand grain in the paint. Left side windows dirty with spots which had to be clean before I could see out of them.

No one kept us informed of the progress of the vehicle's repair job. I had to call and ask what was going on couple times. Finally had to ask Geico rep what was happening why truck wasn't ready when they said it would be.

Everyone I dealt with was extremely kind and courteous. The lack of communication and correct information is where points were lost here.
