I thought the car looked beautiful, but I sent pictures to a relative who was in the auto body business, but he didn't think it was perfect.

I'm very disappointed! The bumper didn't fit right. The next day, I drove in the dark, and the headlights weren't illuminating the whole road because they were pointing down. I let them take the car back for the weekend, so they could make repairs. Now, the car has been scratched and must be repainted. Needless to say, I am distraught. I don't have any transportation, so I have asked for a loaner car, which was promised by Frankie. He will also help me get OEM headlights instead of the junk that was purchased at Headlights Depot. With that said, I am hoping for better results when it is completed and would be happy to do another survey.

Not completely...tome will tell. There is already a problem...a little light at the bottom of the passenger door keeps falling out, which did not happen at all until the service on the car. So the best result would be no problems at all obviously. But overall it was a decent experience, just time will tell if there are any more problems.

I am absolutely blown away from the customer service, and how fast and productive they were in getting the information that I needed and a spot so soon to be able to work on my vehicle! I am also very grateful for the manager of that establishment to be able to come in when the place was closed, just so that I was able to get my vehicle paid and picked up! We paid for a highly unsatisfactory job. We are hoping to hear back with a resolution. But until this issue is resolved, we cannot recommend the Erdman body shop.

Intake of the vehicle was fine. However when we went to pick it up, we had to stand out in the parking lot, in full sun, for quite a while, to discuss the issues with vehicle. Given it's August, it would have been appreciated to have the vehicle in the shade for the customer to inspect.

Customer service was superb! When I picked up my RAV, I just had to open the rear lift gate right away and I a big smile came upon my face. The door operation was quiet and properly aligned, I could also tell the backup camera had been recalibrated, The headliner was as clean as when I dropped the vehicle, as was the entire interior . A job well done!

I was particularly pleased with the interaction I had with Frank D' Anna. After getting an estimate from another shop that was less expensive, I stopped by and talked with Frank about the difference between the prices and I was convinced I was making the right choice with my decision to have Erdman Automotive fix my vehicle. Also, ordering and prepaying for the parts a week in advance got me my car back a day early.
