John Bell (the service manager) and Becky (receptionist) are very professional and wonderful with the guests there. Bill in the body shop made sure a wonderful job was done on my car too. I brought my car in as a repeat customer because I like the work and service there.

I have never had any work done in the body shop, but I am very dispointed. The service department is GREAT!

my bumper is not lining up right, I have overspray on my textured parts, and there are parts of the paint job that are not correct

I showed my estimator my bumper and pointed out the overspray and was told that that is how all the Rogue bumpers are and that I could clean the textured areas off after the paint set.
