My car arrived with the front bumper cover wired on and most of the front grill missing after being hit by an F150. ALL the bolts were there that hold the bumper cover. How do I know? Because I used them as attachment points for the wire to hold the cover on the car. Check the pictures that Angel took of the car. The person who installed the new cover and grill decided that it did not need all the bolts, so they left some out. The air dam on the bottom of the bumper cover doesn't line up now either. Bottom line is that the installer got in a hurry and did a half assed job...NOT what I expected at all! You have some quality control issues. The paint looks great. Angel and Linda did a good job keeping in contact with me and arranging pickup of my car over the Labor day holiday.

They sent me text messages that weren't true. I drove down there because I got a text my truck would b ready. When I got there it wasn't going to b ready till the next day.

I will forever use Erdman Nissan if anything happens to my car while I'm in Florida. The employees went over and beyond to fix my car and be there for me as a person. The customer service is 10/10, and I will be telling everyone I know about this place!!!

The text info was not up to date. So we followed the instruction to pick up and found out it will take another 3 more day to be ready. The acuture day I had to call twice to make sure the car was ready. The office hour was close at 6:00pm, with heavy rain we made it to the shop at 5:50 pm.There only had one person left and He didn't even know we will pick up.Quite confused,anyway we got the car and return the rental car back on lot. It took whole 7days to get the job done! By the way is all the symbols like TL or SH-AWD was included in the list of repairing?

All though the service was above average. The text message system told me my car was finished before it was. Not that big of a deal but a slight inconvienece. The text system at one point updated me with a 53% finished status but on the day it was supposed to be finished I received no phone call or update. I love the idea of the text status system but needs tweaking. I had a mostly positive experience. Fast and professional. I would consider you guys in the future. Thanks.

Was told car was done. Only half the work was complete. Have now been back four times a it's still not complete.
