I would not want a family member to have to deal with blatant disrespect and rude suggestive comments by what is supposed to be professional.

The manager was/is awesome. However, the adjuster, I’m assuming that is his title, was very disrespectful and condescending when I took my vehicle back because my cap was not closing properly. He inappropriately suggested that it was damaged before the accident (“ also see the damage on the front of the cap”). I advised him that I am a professional and that his comment was disrespectful. I found his tone and nonverbal communication to be hostile and threatening. I would like to speak with management regarding his rudeness and disrespect.
