They're being too fast in chest repairing what they see that needs to be worked on stead of doing a full estimate on your car to making sure that before you pay or before you pick up your car but your car is fine that's not what they do

I appreciate them washing it and wrapping the repaired trailer light wiring harness in electrical tape. Just picking it up and still in lot but happy so far. The insurance adjuster I dealt with was excellent as well. Merry Christmas to you all.

It literally would've been a ton if it wasn't for the trailer light wiring still not working and the bumper that was used to replace my damaged bumper had to rough spots on it which I did not think was necessarily comparable to the vehicle since the other bumper did not have any of that it was just damaged from the accident. The people themselves and the customer service was excellent. The insurance adjuster himself was also excellent.

The used bumper is ok (has 2 small rust spots in chrome) so wasn't expecting that. Also the trailer attachment light wiring of the back of the truck for the bumper was damaged had also gotten severed and I'm assuming it had been repaired since those electrical tape around it but I guess the wiring self is bad or something because the trailer lights still don't work.
