That was an excellent job done on my car very satisfied with the way came out it look 5 times better than it did when it went in. The customer service from the staff was excellent also very nice and friendly people and very informative they explain detail by detail what was going to be done and assured me that I have nothing to worry about as far as the Cosmetics on the car. The only concern or issue that may have occurred with this particular transaction is being informed on exactly how long it would be to be completed and the communication back and forth with the customer. They were a couple of issues where that was short sided,that kind of made me feel like I was left in the dark little. It just made it seem like the insurance company and The Body Shop wasn't on the same page when it came to the timeline of completion. But all in all the work done on the car was an excellent job thank you.
